National Home Watch Association Accreditation (NHWA)

NHWA accreditation is a very important indication that you're working with a professional home watch company. First, it means that the NHWA has verified that we have no criminal background, which allows us to be bonded. NHWA also verifies that we are insured and we are in good standing with consumer protection agencies, such as the Florida Department of Conumer Affairs. Finally, NHWA provides continuing training, opportunities to network with other experienced home watch professionals, and information about contractors that have been verified to provide good service.

Home Watch Reporting

As a professional homewatch company, TE Reliable Home Watch utilizes an electronic reporting system, called Homewatch IT (HWIT). The report for each visit is date-stamped and time-stamped along with photos of any issues. The report is emailed to you immediately after each visit to your property.
