TE Reliable Home Watch conducts a very thorough visual inspection of your property, documenting any possible issues, during our home watch visits. You will receive a date and time stamped report listing all of the items we checked and pictures of any items representing a potential issue.
An example home watch report is shown on the left side of this page. Yes. it's 5 pages, day & time stamped and geo-located. It's very detailed!! As a TE Reliable Home Watch client, you'll receive this report immediately after your home watch is complete via email. If there are any significant issues, we will also call or text to make sure that you are aware.
The electronic reporting system that Reliable Home Watch uses is called Homewatch IT (HWIT). This system was developed by a long-time professional home watch company and is now used by a number of companies that are accredited by the National Home Watch Association (NHWA). To help you check out and resolve those issues, we can work with your existing vendor or we can recommend vendors from the NHWA preferred vendor list. The NHWA list includes local vendors who have consistently provided excellent services to their customers in the Southwest Florida area.

As a TE Reliable Home Watch client, you pay as you go. Maybe your season is shorter or longer for some reason. Or maybe you're only leaving for a 3 or 4 week trip. It's OK, just let us know and we will adjust the schedule.
We can also adjust our checklist for your specific needs. Do you have a golf cart that needs to be watered when it's on the charger? That's no problem. Do you have an item that is specific to your house that you would like to be checked. That's OK too. We will adjust our checklist for your specific home watch needs.
NHWA accreditation is a very important indication that you're working with a professional home watch company. First, it means that the NHWA has verified that we have no criminal background, which allows us to be bonded. NHWA also verifies that we are insured and we are in good standing with consumer protection agencies, such as the Florida Department of Conumer Affairs. Finally, NHWA provides continuing training, opportunities to network with other experienced home watch professionals, and information about contractors that have been verified to provide good service.
