TE Reliable endeavors to provide peace of mind to our clients by delivering reliable, comprehensive home monitoring services, concierge services, home tech services, and handyman services. We are committed to providing the best possible service in everything we do. Through clear and timely communication, integrity, diligence, confidentiality, and personalized care, we strive to exceed expectations, fostering trust and loyalty with every client we serve.

About the Owners of TE Reliable Home Services

The owners of TE Reliable Home Services are Kimberley and Doug Schumacker. We are an accredited, bonded, and insured home services business based in Naples, FL. We are full-time Naples residents and have lived in Naples for 2.5 years.

We have a combined 70 years of business experience in the areas of Business Development, Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Project Management, Market Research, Product Development, and Finance in the automotive, consumer electronics, education, and publishing sectors. This experience gives us a very broad perspective. We truely understand what it takes to achieve client satisfaction and business success.

We have a great deal of personal experience with home maintenance and renovation. We have completely renovated 4 homes, doing all of the design work and most of the renovation work ourselves. 

Doug and Kimberley have been recognized for their activities:

Doug is a U.S. Army veteran, serving for 5 years in the Army Signal Corps as a Captain. Doug has also been recognized for his accomplishments in Marketing.

Kimberley is a former Big Sister of the Year in Detroit, Cheer Coach, and All-American cheerleader.

Prior to Naples we’ve spent most of our lives in the Midwest (Michigan and Indiana) raising 4 children. We are active members of the Naples community:

Kimberley is an active member of the Naples Women’s Club Board of Directors, supporting the activities of the Education and Scholarship Committee. This committee awards $200k+ per year in scholarships to numerous Collier County college students in need.

Kimberley also supports the Twin Eagles Cares organization within our community and helped to raise $3000 in a first ever event in Twin Eagles, which provided meals for the Collier County homeless community.

Kimberley and Doug support Habitat for Humanity of Collier County by regularly volunteering our time at their build sites.
