Opening/Closing Services
Opening and closing is a lot of work! Let TE Reliable help save you some time and maybe some anxiety along the way.
- Opening for Arrival: Turn on hot water heater, reset air conditioner to specified setting, reset appliances and electronics, turn on ice maker, lightly Febreze fabrics and carpets, run dishwasher on short cycle, set-up lanai furniture.
- Closing after Departure: Turn off hot water heater, reset air conditioner to away setting, remove spoilable items from the refridgerator, turn off ice maker and dispose of ice, make sure garbage and recycling is put out, place baking soda in the refrigerator, take in lanai furniture.
Contractor Services
TE Reliable can help you with contractors by opening your house and remaining on-site while they do their work, or by arranging contractor services for you.

- Vehicle Services: Coordination with vehicle transport company, take vehicle in for maintenance, carwash, detailing, fuel refill, check trickle charger, periodically start vehicle and move to prevent flat spots on tires, and visually check under vehicle for leaks.
