• Opening for Arrival: Turn on hot water heater, reset air conditioner to specified setting, reset appliances and electronics, turn on ice maker, lightly Febreze fabrics and carpets, run dishwasher on short cycle, set-up lanai furniture.
• Closing after Departure: Turn off hot water heater, reset air conditioner to away setting, remove spoilable items from the refridgerator, turn off ice maker and dispose of ice, make sure garbage and recycling is put out, place baking soda in the refrigerator, take in lanai furniture.
