Hurricane and Severe Storm Preparation & Assessment Services

If there's a major storm that happens when you're away, don't you want to make sure that your property is properly prepared? And, of course, don't you want to know whether your property was damaged? TE Reliable can handle the before and the after.

Opening/Closing Services

Opening and closing is a lot of work! Let TE Reliable help save you some time and maybe some anxiety along the way.

• Opening for Arrival: Turn on hot water heater, reset air conditioner to specified setting, reset appliances and electronics, turn on ice maker, lightly Febreze fabrics and carpets, run dishwasher on short cycle, set-up lanai furniture.
• Closing after Departure: Turn off hot water heater, reset air conditioner to away setting, remove spoilable items from the refridgerator, turn off ice maker and dispose of ice, make sure garbage and recycling is put out, place baking soda in the refrigerator, take in lanai furniture.

Contractor Services

TE Reliable can help you with contractors by opening your house and remaining on-site while they do their work, or by arranging contractor services for you. 

• Monitor repairs and services - open house for contractors and delivery personnel, close and secure home when finished.
• Contractor services that we can arrange for you: Cleaning (house or windows), Pressure washing/paver sealing, Window repairs & lanai screen repairs, and Paver leveling.

• Accept mail and deliveries to your home – forward, if needed
• Errands: Pick up dry cleaning or purchase groceries
• Watering: interior and lanai plants
• Vehicle Services: Coordination with vehicle transport company, take vehicle in for maintenance, carwash, detailing, fuel refill, check trickle charger, periodically start vehicle and move to prevent flat spots on tires, and visually check under vehicle for leaks.
